MNS低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備是我公司在進(jìn)貨開關(guān)柜的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)和研制的產(chǎn)品。適用于50（60）Hz額定工作電壓660V及以下的系統(tǒng)，用于發(fā)電、輸電、配電、電能轉(zhuǎn)換和電能消耗設(shè)備的控制，大的額定電流可做到6300A。MNS低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備可采用固定插拔安裝方式，也可以采用抽出安裝方式。
MNS low voltage switchgear assembly is the product we designed and developed on the basis of imported switchgear. It is applicable to systems with 50(60)Hz rated working voltage of 660V and below, used for controlling power generation, transmission, distribution and conversion equipment as well as power consumption devices; and the maximum rated current can be up to 6300A. MNS low voltage switchgear assembly can be installed in fixed plug-in mode or withdrawable mode.

MNS low voltage switchgear assembly can be widely applied in municipal works, commercial buildings, sports venues, metallurgy, chemical engineering, industrial and mining enterprises, infrastructures and other fields. In addition to the general applications on land, it can also be applied to offshore oil drilling platform, nuclear power plant, high altitude region and localities affected with serious salt mist, after special treatments.

Structural characteristics
MNS低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備框架為C型材組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，框架的所有結(jié)構(gòu)件都經(jīng)過鍍鋅處理或者采用敷鋁鋅板制作，內(nèi)部零部件尺寸、隔室尺寸均為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模數(shù)化。抽屜單元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格有8E/4、8E/2、8E、16E、24E（E＝25mm）五個(gè)規(guī)格，相同規(guī)格抽屜可以方便地互換
The framework of MNS low-voltage switchgear assembly is a combined structure of C type profiles; all structural members of the framework are galvanized or made from galvanized aluminum sheet; the dimensions of internal parts and compartments are all standardized and modularized. It is necessary for the user to provide the following information at the time of ordering:
1.一次回路方案及單線系統(tǒng)圖；
1. Scheme and single wire system diagram of the primary circuit;
2.二次回路原理圖或接線圖；
2. Schematic diagram or wiring diagram of the secondary circuit;
3.裝置的排列圖和配電室的平面布置圖；
3. Device arrangement drawing and layout of power distribution room;
4.每個(gè)裝置內(nèi)所裝各種電器設(shè)備的詳細(xì)規(guī)格和數(shù)量；
4. The detailed specifications and quantities of all the electrical devices installed in each switchgear;
5.提供水平母線的工作電流和短路電流，如不注明母線規(guī)格，則由制造廠選取；
5. The working current and short-circuit current of the horizontal busbar; if no busbar specifications are given, it shall be selected by the manufacturer;
6.提供每個(gè)回路的使用名稱( 限制在10 個(gè)字以內(nèi)) ，如不提供，制造廠僅供空白符號(hào)牌；
