應變片是一種使用薄金屬箔電阻器并應用光刻(生成量規圖案)技術制造的電阻元件,其工作原理是通過粘接在被測物體上,將該處產生的“應變”檢測為電阻變化。應變片非常小,重量可忽略不計,因此無慣性影響,且在靈敏度、穩定性、疲勞壽命等方面性能優異。NMB生產的所有應變片都已進行自動溫度補償,除金屬、塑料外,還適用于其它多種熱膨脹系數的被測量物體。
