A．★營業(yè)執(zhí)照：如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明。A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．★制造商要求:所投產(chǎn)品為國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品：不允許代理商投標(biāo)，投標(biāo)人需是調(diào)節(jié)閥的制造商所投產(chǎn)品為境外產(chǎn)品：允許調(diào)節(jié)閥的制造商或取得調(diào)節(jié)閥制造商唯一授權(quán)的代理商投標(biāo)。 投標(biāo)人為代理商時，應(yīng)得到本次投標(biāo)調(diào)節(jié)閥制造商的唯一合法授權(quán)，并需提供以下材料（蓋制造商公章）：1）在有效期內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)閥制造商唯一授權(quán)書原件（制造商授權(quán)書中的簽名和蓋章必須是原件）；2）調(diào)節(jié)閥制造商提供承諾函（格式自擬），承諾投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品為制造商工廠生產(chǎn)。B． ★ Manufacturer requirement: The product being bid for is a domestic product: agents are not allowed to bid, and bidders must be manufacturers of control valves.The product being tendered is an overseas product: manufacturers of control valves or agents authorized solely by the control valve manufacturer are allowed to bid.When the bidder is an agent or a contractor, they should obtain the sole legal authorization of the control valve manufacturer for this bidding and provide the following materials (stamped with the manufacturer's official seal):1) The original sole authorization letter of the regulating valve manufacturer within the validity period (the signature and seal in the manufacturer's authorization letter must be the original);2) The manufacturer of the control valve shall provide a commitment letter (in a self-designed format), promising that the products submitted for the bid are produced by the manufacturer's factory.
