由于測量儀器的輸入電阻就是被測電路的額外負載，考慮儀器的接入對被測電路的影響，要求測量儀器具有較高的輸入電阻。
4.根據被測電壓的波形來選擇
電子電路中除正弦波電壓可用晶體管電壓表測量外，其非正弦電壓(包括脈沖電壓)用晶體管電壓表測量往往要帶來較大的波形誤差，因此，非正弦電壓值通常采用示波器來測量。
5.根據被測電路對測量精度的要求進行選擇
在工程測量中，既要考慮到精度要求，又要照顧經濟成本。所以，在滿足精度要求的前提下，應盡量選擇價格低廉的儀表。
