M-200型主要由試驗主機及智能控制系統兩大部分構成，通過微機控制系統進行操作試驗，在試驗過程中同時可以顯示數值、扭矩、時間曲線，并可以隨意設定試驗次數，顯示當前試驗數值，設定時間及當前試驗時間等多種功能，隨機配備彩色打印機，可以打印出帶有曲線、表格數據等標準要求的試驗報告。
