進口疏水閥介紹

進口疏水閥是將蒸汽系統中的凝結水、空氣和二氧化碳氣體盡快排出；同時zui大限度地自動防止蒸汽的泄露。疏水閥的品種很多，各有不同的性能。

的工作原理：

安裝在蒸汽加熱設備與凝結水回水集管之間。開車時，桶在底部，閥門全開。凝結水進入疏水閥后流到桶底，充滿閥體，全部浸沒桶體，然后，凝結水通過全開閥門排至回水集管。蒸汽也從桶體底部進入疏水閥，占據桶體內的頂部，產生浮力。桶體慢慢升起，逐漸向閥座方向移動杠桿，直到*關閉閥門。空氣和二氧化碳氣體通過桶體的排氣小孔，聚集在疏水閥的頂部。從排氣孔排出的蒸汽，都會因疏水閥的散熱而凝結。當進來的凝結水開始充滿桶體時桶體開始對杠桿產生一個拉力。隨著凝結水位不斷升高，產生的力不斷增加，直到能夠克服壓差，打開閥門。疏水閥閥門開始打開，作用在閥瓣上的壓差就會減小。桶體將迅速下降，使閥門全開。積聚在疏水閥頂部的不凝性氣體先排出，然后凝結水排出。水流從桶體流出時帶動污物一起流出疏水閥。凝結水排放的同時，蒸汽重新開始進入疏水閥，新的一個周期又開始了。
