FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND FLOW ROTARY VALVE
流量控制閥用作控制庫底卸出的物料量，通常與氣動開關(guān)閥一起使用。物料先通過一段小斜槽，使物料流態(tài)化，然后再進(jìn)入流量閥，這樣可避免在流量控制部分形成料柱。流量控制閥由電動執(zhí)行器調(diào)節(jié)開度，可實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離控制閥門的開度，以滿足系統(tǒng)計量的要求。氣動開關(guān)閥主要在物料流量控制系統(tǒng)中作開關(guān)用，通常與電動流量控制閥串聯(lián)配套使用。廣泛適用于建材、冶金、化工、糧食、玻璃等行業(yè)。
This valve is used with the rotary valve to control the material discharged from the bottom of storehouse. The material was change to liquid material after pass through a chute and then flow into the flow valve, which can prevent the flow control parts from forming columnar material. The open angle of the flow control valve is adjusted by electric actuator, which can be controlled remotely to meet the requirement of system measure. The rotary valve is used to be switch in material flow control system, which is equipped with electric flow control valve tandem. They are widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical, food and glass industries etc.

流量控制閥和氣動開關(guān)閥設(shè)計科學(xué)合理、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、閥芯開有 U型槽口，調(diào)節(jié)槽口開度可進(jìn)行流量控制，指示盤可指示閥芯開度，閥芯與電動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的聯(lián)軸器增設(shè)安全銷，保證閥芯和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)不受損壞，在閥的進(jìn)口設(shè)有襯墊，將閥體與閥芯隔開，襯墊與閥芯之間徑向間隙可調(diào)整，以保證閥芯運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的靈活性。流量控制閥配用電動執(zhí)行器。回轉(zhuǎn)閥配用氣動推桿。
The valves are scientific and reasonable in design, compact structure. There is a U-form notch on the valve cartridge. Control the flow when adjust the open angle of notch. The open angle of valve cartridge can be displayed on indicating plate. The shear pin is added to the shaft coupling of valve cartridge and electric actuator, which avoids the damage of valve cartridge and actuator. There is cushion on the intake of valve that separates the body and valve cartridge. The radial gap between cushion and valve cartridge is adjustable to ensure the flexibility of valve cartridge rotation. The flow control valve is equipped with type DKJ actuator and the rotary valve is equipped with type 10-5A pneumatic draw stem.

工作原理：
Working principle
流量控制閥主要有機(jī)座、閥體、密封墊、襯套、閥芯、軸承、透氣層、充氣槽及傳動裝置組成。風(fēng)機(jī)給予低壓小容量空氣，經(jīng)通道口由充氣槽充氣，氣體透過透氣層，均勻向上噴吹，鼓動物料向上位移，物料自重下落時，由設(shè)備安裝斜度而產(chǎn)生位移，不斷重復(fù)致使物料向前位移。執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)帶動聯(lián)軸器，閥芯動作，以調(diào)節(jié)物料流量。回轉(zhuǎn)閥只作開關(guān)作用，通過電磁閥控制氣動推桿氣源來指令推桿動作，完成切換動作。
The flow control valve is mainly made up of housing, body, sealing shim, liner bushing, valve cartridge, bearing, breather layer, aerator tank and transmission device etc. The low pressure little volume air supplied by wind machine is aerated from aerator tank through tunnel intake. Then the gas blows upwards through breather layer to drive the material move upwards. Because of the installation incline, material will fall in the effect of gravity. The unceasing repeating actions make the material move forwards. The actuator drives the shaft coupling and valve cartridge to adjust the material flow. The rotary valve is used to be switch. The electromagnetism valve controls the gas source of pneumatic draw stem and drives the draw stem to switch the valve.

使用說明
Usage explanation
• 安裝前請檢查內(nèi)腔有無雜物附著 ， 否則會堵塞 U 型閥芯或損壞閥件。查看沸騰板受潮沒有，如沸騰板受潮請更換后再進(jìn)行安裝，否則影響使用效果。檢查各傳動部分是否靈活可靠。
• 安裝時傳動部分不允許作吊裝用，并嚴(yán)禁損傷。兩法蘭連接中間需加密封墊片，然后均勻擰緊聯(lián)接螺栓。
• Check the valve if there is lumber inside the body, which will block the valve cartridge or damage the parts. Check the boiling disc. Exchange the boiling disc before install if it is damp. Otherwise it will affect the operation. Check the transmission part.
• The transmission part cannot be hoisted and damaged. Add sealed shim between the two flanges and then lock down the bolt equably.
