用于控制閥后壓力的調節閥,閥作用方式為壓閉型。其工作原理如下:
介質由箭頭方向流入閥體,經閥座、閥芯節流后輸出。另一路經取壓管(介質為蒸汽時加冷凝器)被引入執行機構作用于膜片上,使閥芯隨之發生相應的位移,達到減壓、穩壓的目的。如閥后壓力增加,作用于膜片上的力增加,壓縮彈簧,帶動閥芯,使閥門的開度減小,直到閥后壓力下降至設定值為止。同理,如閥后壓力降低,作用在膜片上的力減小,由于彈簧的反作用力,帶動閥芯,使閥門的開度加大,直到閥后壓力上升至設定值為止。

If the pressure behind the valve increases, the force acting on the diaphragm increases, the spring is compressed, and the valve core is driven to reduce the opening of the valve until the pressure behind the valve drops to the set value. Similarly, if the pressure behind the valve decreases, the force on the diaphragm decreases. Due to the reaction force of the spring, the valve core is driven to increase the valve opening degree until the pressure behind the valve rises to the set value.
C1521K系列閥前穩壓型 DC1521K series front valve regulator
用于控制閥前壓力的調節閥,閥作用方式為壓開型。其工作原理如下:
介質由箭頭方向流入閥體,經閥座、閥芯節流后輸出。另一路經取壓管(介質為蒸汽時加冷凝器)被引入執行機構作用于膜片上,使閥芯隨之發生相應的位移,達到減壓、穩壓的目的。如閥前壓力增加,作用于膜片上的力增加,壓縮彈簧,帶動閥芯,使閥門的開度增大,直到閥后壓力下降至設定值為止。同理,如閥后壓力降低,作用在膜片上的力減小,由于彈簧的反作用力,帶動閥芯,使閥門的開度減小,直到閥前壓力上升至設定值為止。若閥前壓力小于設定值則該閥一直處于關閉狀態。
