概 述
Overview
1、主要用途與適用范圍
1. Main purpose and scope of application
DK系列壓力控制器（以下簡稱控制器）用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、制糖、制藥等自動化控制系統(tǒng)中，在系統(tǒng)中作連鎖保護(hù)器的作用。其中金屬波紋管式控制器用于以上各種腐蝕性氣體和液體介質(zhì)，橡膠膜片式控制器用于中性氣體和液體介質(zhì)。
The DK Series pressure controller （hereinafter referred to as ‘the Controller’） are used for the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, sugar, pharmaceutical and other automated control system, acting as a chain protector in the system. Among them, the metal bellows-type controller is used for more than a variety of corrosive gases and liquids, and the rubber diaphragm controller for neutral gases and liquids.

3、工作原理
3. Working principle
介質(zhì)通過壓力接口進(jìn)入傳感器，傳感器內(nèi)設(shè)彈性元件，它根據(jù)介質(zhì)壓力的變化發(fā)生相應(yīng)位移。傳感器則將帶動控制器內(nèi)部傳動機(jī)構(gòu)將作用力傳到微動開關(guān)觸點(diǎn)上。在此作用力下微動開關(guān)觸點(diǎn)相應(yīng)產(chǎn)生位移，當(dāng)位移量超過觸點(diǎn)行程時，微動開關(guān)發(fā)生通斷動作。
Medium come into the sensor via the pressure interface. The sensor is set with elastic elements inside, and its corresponding displacement depends on the pressure changes of medium. The sensor drives the transmission mechanism inside the controller, which brings the force to the contacts on the micro-switch. In this force, the corresponding displacement occurs to the micro-switch contacts. When the displacement exceeds the contact trip, micro switch will have on-off action.

Adjustment of set value of the controller
1.1、不可調(diào)切換差的控制器設(shè)定值調(diào)節(jié)步驟：
1.1. The steps for the adjustment of the set value of controller with non-adjustable switching difference:
例一、要求壓力上升至0.3MPa（上切換值）控制器發(fā)出觸點(diǎn)信號
Example 1: requiring that the controller issues a contact signal as the pressure goes up to 0.3MPa （upper switching value）

a. 松開壓緊塊，將控制器過程接口旋入壓力校驗臺螺紋接口上，注意必須用扳手夾持傳感器平面部分；
a. Release the pressing block, the process interface of the controller screwed down screw interface of pressure calibration
b. 打開蓋板，將電纜線穿過電纜接頭接入接線端子中，電纜的另一頭接上萬用表；
b. Open the cover, the cable through the cable connector and access to terminal block, the other end of the cable is connected to a multimeter;
c. 將壓力加至0.3MPa（上切換值）；
c. Increase the pressure to 0.3MPa （upper switching value）;
d. 順時針調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)定值調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，使設(shè)定值由大變小，直至微動開關(guān)在0.3MPa處切換；
d. In a clockwise direction, adjust the settings adjustment screw, so that the settings change from small to larger, until micro-switch acts at the point of 0.3MPa;
e. 旋緊壓緊塊，調(diào)節(jié)壓力校驗臺的壓力，使壓力在是否是0.3MPa，此時的下切換值應(yīng)是0.3MPa減去切換差。
e. Screw down the pressing block, adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration units, so that the pressure changes around 0.3MPa, testing the upper switching value of the contact whether it is 0.3MPa, at this time under the switch value shall be less 0.3MPa switching differential.
例二、要求壓力下降至0.1MPa（下切換值）時控制器發(fā)出觸點(diǎn)信號

f. 松開壓緊塊，將控制器過程接口旋入壓力校驗臺螺紋接口上，注意必須用扳手夾持傳感器平面部分；

g. 打開蓋板，將電纜線穿過電纜接頭接入接線端子中，電纜的另一頭接上萬用表；
g. Open the cover, induce the cable through the cable connector and have it connected to the terminals, the cable's other end is connected to a multimeter;
h. 將壓力加至0.1MP；
h. Have the pressure increased to 0.1MP;
i. 逆時針調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)定值調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，使設(shè)定值由小變大，直至微動開關(guān)在0.1MPa處切換；
i. In counterclockwise, adjust the screw for the settings adjustment, enable the settings to change from small to larger, until the micro-switch acts at 0.1MPa;
j. 旋緊壓緊塊，調(diào)節(jié)壓力校驗臺壓力，力在0.1MPa上下來回變化，檢驗觸點(diǎn)的下切換值是否是0.1MPa，此時的上切換值是0.1MPa加上切換差。
j. Screw down the pressing block, and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration unit, making it change around 0.1MPa. Check to see if the switch value of the lower contact is 0.1MPa. At this moment, the upper switching value is 0.1MPa coupled with switching difference.

k. 松開壓緊塊，將控制器過程接口旋入壓力校驗臺螺紋接口上，注意必須用扳手夾持夾持傳感器平面部分；

Have the pressure increased to 0.1MPa and screw counterclockwise the adjustment settings screw, so the settings change from small to larger, until the micro-switch acts at 0.1MPa;
n. 再將壓力加至0.4MPa，逆時針旋動切換差調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，使切換差由小變大，直至微動開關(guān)在0.4MPa處切換；
Then the pressure is increased to 0.4MPa, moving counter-clockwise the switch difference adjustment screw, so that switching difference changes from small to larger until the micro-switch acts at 0.4MPa;
o. 旋緊壓緊塊，調(diào)節(jié)壓力校驗臺的壓力，使壓力在0.1MPa-0.4MPa之間來回變化，檢驗壓力上升時切換值是否是0.4MPa，壓力下降時切換值是否是0.1MPa。
Tighten up the pressing block, and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration unit, making the pressure change in the range of 0.1MPa-0.4MPa. Check whether the switch value is 0.4MPa as the pressure rises, and whether the switch value is 0.1MPa as the pressure declines.
□、控制器的選用
The choice of controller
1、通斷電流不得大于額定值
1. On-off current shall not exceed the rating value.
2、使用時設(shè)定值位于控制器調(diào)節(jié)范圍的中間部分

Adjustment of the lower settings
⑴用扳手夾持傳感器六方平面，將控制器旋入壓力校驗臺壓力接口（防止開關(guān)殼體與傳感器發(fā)生相對轉(zhuǎn)動）；
⑴ Use a wrench to grip the six-plane of the sensor, screw the pressure interface pressure of the controller calibration unit （absoluy prevent the relative rotation of switch and sensor housing）;
⑵打開蓋板，將電纜一端接入接線柱1-3，另一端接上萬用表；
⑵ Open the cover, one end of the cable gets access to terminal 1-3. Another termination on the multimeter;
⑶將壓力加至所需值，松開鎖緊器，順時針旋動設(shè)定值調(diào)節(jié)螺桿①（如圖1－2所示），使設(shè)定值由大變小，直至開關(guān)觸點(diǎn)在所需值處切換；
⑶Increase the pressure to the desired value, release the lock, and moving clockwise rotation settings adjustment screw ① （as shown in Figure 1-2）, so settings from small changes until the switch contacts in the required to switch the value of the Agency;
設(shè)定值調(diào)整
Adjusting the upper settings
⑴將電纜一端接入接線柱（4－6），另一端接上萬用表；

⑵將壓力加至所需值，順時針旋動設(shè)定值調(diào)節(jié)螺桿②（如圖1－2所示），使設(shè)定值由大變小，直至開關(guān)觸點(diǎn)在所需值處切換；旋緊鎖緊器，調(diào)節(jié)校驗臺壓力，使壓力在所需切換值上下來回變化，檢驗觸點(diǎn)是否在所需切換值處切換。
⑵Increase the pressure to the desired value, move clockwise the settings adjustment screw ② （as shown in Figure 1-2）, so the settings change from big to small until the switch contacts act at the required value; screw down the locking device, adjust the pressure of calibration unit, so that the pressure change around the value required for switching, check whether the contacts need to switch at the desired value.

cc. 再將壓力加至0.4MPa，逆時針旋動切換差調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，使切換差由小變大，直至微動開關(guān)在0.4MPa處切換；
Then the pressure is increased to 0.4MPa, moving counter-clockwise the switch difference adjustment screw, so that switching difference changes from small to larger until the micro-switch acts at 0.4MPa;
dd. 旋緊壓緊塊，調(diào)節(jié)壓力校驗臺的壓力，使壓力在0.1MPa-0.4MPa之間來回變化，檢驗壓力上升時切換值是否是0.4MPa，壓力下降時切換值是否是0.1MPa。
Tighten up the pressing block, and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration unit, making the pressure change in the range of 0.1MPa-0.4MPa. Check whether the switch value is 0.4MPa as the pressure rises, and whether the switch value is 0.1MPa as the pressure declines.

Precautions for use and installation of explosion-proof pressure controller
①、本控制器適用于IICT6以上各種可燃性氣體和蒸汽（見GB3836-1.2000附錄B，可燃性氣體、蒸汽級別、溫度級別舉例）。

②、安裝和拆卸時必須用扳手夾持傳感器六方部分，不能使傳感器與控制器殼體發(fā)生相對位移；

Any controllers produced by the Factory, since the purchase date, shall have a warranty period of one （1） year. Regarding to any manufacturing quality problems within the warranty period, users can contact our sales department with an invoice, we will give a satisfactory response.
10、訂貨需知
10. Intended order
用戶在購買控制器時，應(yīng)說明以下幾點(diǎn)：
In the purchase, users shall note the following points:
①、控制器的型號、規(guī)格及量程；
1. The model, specifications and range of a controller;
②、所用場所及工作介質(zhì)
2. The work place and media
③、工作電壓
3. The working voltage
④、訂購法蘭型產(chǎn)品需注明法蘭規(guī)格，材質(zhì)及隔離膜片材質(zhì)、規(guī)格和毛細(xì)管長度；
4. Ordering the flange-type products is required to indicate flange specifications, materials and isolation diaphragm materials, specifications and the capillary length;
⑤、外形和安裝尺寸僅供參考，如要求的尺寸需改變，可在訂貨時特殊指明。
5. Appearance and installation dimensions are for reference only. In case of any changes on the required dimension, users can specify at the time of ordering.
注：如用戶有特殊要求，本廠可代為設(shè)計制造。
Note: If users have any special requirements, our factory can design and manufacture on their behalf.
