綜合移相器能在0～360°范圍內達到任意角度的超前或滯后移相，本儀器是由移相變壓器、數字式相位顯示儀、電壓電流數顯表及電源等單元組成的新一代便攜式電工儀器，既能滿足三相移相的要求，又能滿足單相移相的要求，將變壓器移相技術與數字測量技術進行了有機結合，移相調節精度高，讀數準確直觀，電壓、電流輸出可調，輸出波形好，運行可靠，操作方便，能滿足較高精度的單相及三相交流功率、相位等儀表的測試校驗，也能用于電度表的檢定裝置之中。
