3.1三點彎曲強度和彈性模量測定:
三點彎曲的靜曲強度和彈性模量,是在兩點支撐的試件中部施加載荷進行測定.靜曲強度是確定試件在載荷作用時的彎矩和抗彎截面模量之比;彈性模量是確定試件在材料的彈性極限范圍內,載荷產生的應力與應變之比. 三點彎曲強度和彈性模量測定示意圖如下:

3.2 四點彎曲靜曲強度和彈性模量測定
四點彎曲靜曲強度和彈性模量是在兩點支撐的試件上,距支座三分之一處分別施加相同的載茶進行測定.靜曲強度是確定試件在載荷作用時的彎矩和抗彎截面模量之比;彈性模量是確定試件在材料的彈性極限范圍內,載荷產生的應力與應變之比. 四點彎曲靜曲強度和彈性模量試驗示意圖如下:
3.3內結合(膠合)強度
內膠合強度是試件表面承受均勻分布的拉力,直至破壞時的抗拉能力的測定.內膠合強度是垂直于試件表面的破壞力的試件面積之比.試樣尺寸為50x50mm. 內膠合強度試驗示意圖如下:

3.4表面膠合強度測定-----方法1
表面膠合強度是指板表面層的刨花或纖維與下層材料之間（未飾面板）或飾面材料與基材之間（飾面板）的粘結強度或粘結質量，用表面層垂直于板面破壞拉力與試件膠合面積之比表示。該方法適用于未飾面的刨花板、纖維板、水泥刨花板以及非單板飾面的人造板。表面膠合強度測定-----方法1示意圖如下：

3.5 膠合強度測定
膠合強度是通過拉力載荷使試件的膠層產生剪切破壞，以確定單板類人造板的膠合質量。試件尺寸為100mm長，25mm寬。試驗時，把試件兩端夾緊于試驗機的活動夾具中，成一直線，試件中心應通過試驗機活動夾具的軸線。夾持部位與試件槽口的距離應在5mm范圍內。
3.6 膠層剪切強度測定
膠層剪切強度測定是對試件逐漸施加壓縮載荷使膠層產生剪切破壞，以確定膠合質量。膠層剪切強度測定示意圖如下：
3.7耐剝離力測定
耐剝離力用于測定剝離表面層所需的力，適用于聚氯乙烯薄膜飾面人造板。試樣長度100mm，寬度25mm.耐剝離力測定示意圖如下：

3.10 順紋抗壓強度測定
順紋抗壓強度可確定順紋壓縮載荷與試件橫截面積之比，試件長23mm，寬15mm,厚15mm,長度方向為順紋方向。

This wood-based panels electronic universal testing machine is to measure and determine mechanical properties of wood-based panel and surface decorated wood-based panels for parameter of 3 point and 4 point flexural test strength and elastic modulus, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, shear strength of bonding layer, peel force, screw holding force and tensile strength.

3. test introductions
3.1 three point flexural strength and elastic modulus test
The three point flexural strength and elastic modulus test is to load at the center of test piece supported by two points. Static flexural test is to determine the ratio of bending moment and bending section modulus of test piece under the maximum load. The modulus of elasticity is to determine the ratio of the stress to the strain generated by the load within the elastic limit of the material. 3.2 Four-point static bending strength and elastic modulus measurement
The four-point static bending strength and elastic modulus are measured on the specimen supported by two points, and the same load is applied at one-third of the distance from the support. The static bending strength is to measure the ratio of bending moment and bending section modulus under maximum load. Elasticity modulus is to determine the ratio of the stress to strain generated by the load within the elastic limit of the material. 3.3 internal bonding strength test
The internal bonding strength is the measurement of the tensile strength of the specimen surface with a uniformly distributed tension until failure. The internal bonding strength is the ratio of the specimen area perpendicular to the surface of the test specimen with the maximum destructive force. The specimen size is 50x50mm. 3.4 Surface bonding strength determination-method 1
Surface bonding strength refers to the bonding strength or bonding quality between the shavings or fibers of the surface layer of the board and the underlying material (not veneer) or between the veneer material and the substrate (veneer). It is expressed as the ratio of maximum breaking tension force perpendicular to the surface board and bonding area. This method is suitable for non-veneered particleboard, fiberboard, cement particleboard and non-veneered wood-based panels. 3.5 Bonding strength determination
Gluing strength is the shear failure of the glue layer of the test piece through tensile load to determine the glue quality of the veneer wood-based panel. The size of the test piece is 100mm long and 25mm wide. During the test, clamp both ends of the test piece in the movable fixture of the testing machine to form a straight line. The center of the test piece should pass through the axis of the movable fixture of the testing machine. The distance between the clamping part and the notch of the test piece shall be within 5mm.
3.6 Determination of adhesive layer shear strength
The shear strength of the adhesive layer is measured by gradually applying a compressive load to the specimen to cause shear failure of the adhesive layer to determine the bonding quality. The schematic diagram of the shear strength of the adhesive layer is as follows:
3.7 Determination of peel resistance
Peeling resistance is used to determine the force required to peel off the surface layer, and is suitable for polyvinyl chloride film facing wood-based panels. The length of the sample is 100mm, and the width is 25mm. The schematic diagram of the peel resistance measurement is as follows:
3.8 Screw holding force measurement

3.9 Tensile strength determination
The tensile strength is used to determine the ratio of the maximum tensile load of the specimen to the cross-sectional area of the specimen. The tensile strength test piece diagram is as follows:
3.10 Determination of compressive strength along the grain
The compressive strength along the grain can determine the ratio of the maximum compressive load along the grain to the cross-sectional area of the specimen. The specimen is 23mm long, 15mm wide, 15mm thick, and the length direction is along the grain direction.
