三、原理:

The control box panel is provided with a main power switch, three keys for start, stop, and fan, and four indicator lights for running, heating, fan, and stop, and a digital display time relay for timing.
四、安裝步驟:
★應安裝在比較僻靜的地方,為保證安全及使用維護方便,應背向墻壁, 離墻不少于 500mm,并調整水平,將其固定在地基上。
★用不小于 1.5mm2 的軟銅線將可靠接地。
★連接好控制箱與釜體間的航空插頭。
五,水泥壓蒸釜操作規程:
★ 打開釜蓋,按釜體容積 8.5L 的 7%~10%的注水量,即 595cc~850cc 蒸餾水 注入釜內。 (通常建議注水量:700 毫升~800 毫升)
★將裝有試件的支架放入內。
★用棉紗將釜口和釜蓋的密封面擦干凈, 再用毛筆在釜口密封面上薄薄涂上一 層干凈的機油。
★輕輕蓋上釜蓋,下壓并左右轉動釜蓋,確認結合部已正確密合。將 10 個螺 母用手擰上。再用扭力扳手按照 50、100、100Nm,分三次按對角線的順序均勻地擰緊 螺母,安裝好釜蓋。
★向釜蓋中的溫度計插管內注入 3~5 滴機油 (一般以油面不高于溫度計* 球為宜) ,將 300℃*溫度計輕輕插入管內。
★打開兩個放氣閥中的任意一個。
★將電接點壓力表的紅色上限指針調至 2.025MPa 處 (即: 2MPa 再上調半格) ; 將綠色下限指針調至 1.975MPa 處。
★關閉通風盤和通風環。
★接通電源,打開控制箱上的電源總開關,按啟動鍵,運行、加熱指示燈亮, 釜體開始以 1800W 功率加熱。同時數顯時間繼電器開始顯示。
★ 當已打開的一個放氣閥有水蒸氣排出時, 說明內空氣已經排凈, 關閉該放 氣閥。 閥門關閉后,壓力將隨著溫度的升高而升高此時應注意,儀器工作有無異常,如有異常,則必須查明原因,或按停止鍵停止試驗。
★停止加熱后,風機自動工作,信號燈亮,打開通風盤和通風環,通風環處會 有熱空氣排出,釜內壓力將在 90min 以內降至 0.1MPa 以下。此時可打開放氣閥將釜內 余壓放凈。請不要關閉放氣閥,因冷卻后會造成釜內負壓,而損壞壓力表。
★ 待冷卻至常溫后,按停止鍵,信號燈滅、排風扇停,關閉電源總 開關,取下溫度計,以安裝釜蓋相同的方法擰下 10 個拴緊螺母(擰松螺母時至少要用 兩個循環,以免損壞密封結合面) ,取下釜蓋,取出試件支架。用膠管或毛巾將釜內蒸 餾水析出擦凈。
★中途停止試驗程序:按“停止”鍵,打開通風盤、通風環,按“風機”鍵, 待儀器冷卻后重新安裝試驗。

Five, cement autoclave operating procedures:

★ Inject 3 ~ 5 drops of engine oil into the thermometer cannula in the lid of the kettle (generally, the oil level should not be higher than the thermometer mercury ball), and gently insert a 300 ℃ mercury thermometer into the tube. Zh
★ Open either of the two air release valves. Zh
★ Adjust the red upper limit pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge to 2.025MPa (ie: 2MPa and then increase it by half a division); set the green lower limit pointer to 1.975MPa. Zh
★ Close the ventilation plate and ventilation ring. Zh
★ Turn on the power, turn on the main power switch on the control box, press the start key, the running and heating indicator lights up, and the kettle starts to heat at 1800W. At the same time, the digital display time relay starts to display. Zh
★ When water vapor is discharged from an opened air release valve, it means that the internal air has been exhausted. Close the air release valve. After the valve is closed, the pressure will increase as the temperature rises. At this time, pay attention to whether the instrument works abnormally. If it is abnormal, you must find out the reason, or press the stop button to stop the test. Zh
★ After the heating is stopped, the fan will automatically work, the signal light will be on, open the ventilating plate and ventilating ring, there will be hot air discharged from the ventilating ring, and the pressure in the kettle will drop below 0.1MPa within 90min At this time, you can open the air release valve to release the residual pressure in the kettle. Please do not close the air release valve, as it will cause negative pressure in the kettle after cooling and damage the pressure gauge. Zh
★ After cooling to normal temperature, press the stop button, the signal light goes out, the exhaust fan stops, turn off the main power switch, remove the thermometer, and unscrew the 10 captive nuts in the same way as installing the kettle cover (when loosening the nut, use at least two Circulate so as not to damage the sealing joint surface). Remove the lid of the kettle and take out the specimen holder. Use a hose or towel to clean out the distilled water in the kettle. Zh
★ Stop the test procedure halfway: Press the "Stop" key to open the ventilating plate and ventilation ring, and press the "Fan" key. After the instrument has cooled down, reinstall the test.
