環境要求確認:依照<安裝使用環境技術要求>通過自檢合格并確認后方可安裝調試。

2. 現場安裝調試Installation and Adjustment at Customer’sSite:
上海軒軼創析工業設備公司負責測量機的安裝、調試。設備到達用戶現場,卸車時應檢查外包裝箱有否破損,做好詳細記錄并雙方簽字確認。所有包裝箱需要在我公司技術人員監督和認可的情況下才能開啟。根據需要,用戶需提供內部運送、拆裝支持和相應的機器吊裝設備。進行測量機的安裝時,需在滿足供貨方所需求環境條件符合標準規定的情況下才能進行。

4. 驗收方法Acceptance Method:
在用戶現場調試后的測量機驗收方法,依據ISO 10360-2校準規范執行。
The acceptance method is based on the ISO10360 -2 to execute inspection andacceptance.
5. 檢定項目Testing Items:
5.1. 外觀及各部分的相互作用。Exterior appearance and the interaction between all the parts.

7. 長度測量的示值誤差(E)的檢測。Error of indication for lengthmeasurements (E) test.
7.1. 在坐標測量機的工作空間七個方位,每個方位測5個尺寸的量塊,每個尺寸的量塊測量三次。即35組測量長度總測量次數為105次。計算105個長度測量的誤差值△L(換算成?m),如果無一個超出規定的E值,則坐標測量機長度測量的示值誤差(E)的檢測被通過。
Seven positions are freely selected in the working space of coordinatemeasuring machine. Five measurers with different size are measured in eachposition and each measurer is measured three times. The total measuring timesis 105 times in 35 groups of measuring length.105 error values △L arecalculated (converted into um), if no one goes beyond the limit of the E, thistest of E is passed.
Within 35 Groups of measuring length, allowed a maximum of five groups inwhich one time going beyond the E in the three repeated measurements. For eachmeasuring length that goes beyond the limit of E, the corresponding positionshould be measured 10 times. If all the length measurements error of the △L,gained by 10-time repeated measurement, are within E value, the value of theirerror (E) test are passed.
8. 驗收交接Acceptance and handover:
8.1. 以檢定紀錄、裝箱單和合同為準,雙方交接、驗收。
Both sides follow the procedures of handover and acceptance based on Testreport, packing list and contract.
8.2. 驗收合格,雙方代表在驗收報告上簽字。若有異議,協商解決。**問題可簽署備忘錄,以便服務、解決。
If acceptance is in conformity with the requirement, the representatives ofthe both sides sign in the test report. If objection, both sides should resortto negotiation for bilateral agreement. Remain problems may be recorded in thememorandum for further service and settlement.
9. 技術培訓Technical training:
9.1. 培訓內容與約定Training Contents and Stipulation:
該課程旨在對測量機系統操作人員提供系統使用和坐標計量技術基本培訓。參加該課程人員一般要求具備計量基礎知識、計算機應用知識及初級英語知識。
The course is designed to train operators based on the system applicationand on fundamentals of Coordinate Metrology. Persons attending this class areexpected to have some familiarity with metrology knowledge, PC applicationskill and primary English knowledge.

10. 保修維護Warranty for Maintenance:
10.1. 質保期:從安裝驗收合格之日起12個月,但不超過發貨之日起15個月。在此期限內因我方原因造成的機器故障,負責免費維修。

If we get telephone request services aboutequipment failure from users, we will response to the request in 8 hours, ifnecessary we will send technical engineer to the customer’s site to solveproblems within 24 hours.
