四、使用方法：
?首先將試驗機作水平調整，乃利用水平儀置于本機之機臺座上，而依水平儀指示調整基礎螺絲使呈水平(安裝機臺或移動機臺時調整)。
?啟動電源總開關，使電源通過本機各控制面板。
?根據試樣塊的測試要求，調節好兩支撐棍的跨距和支撐棍上定位塊的位置，保證試樣塊處在中間，調節壓輥上的配重塊，使壓輥保持水平。
?在試驗前，調整上、下行程設定環至所需之范圍上下限位置，使下夾具至此位范圍后會觸動極限開關而停機。
?選適當的測試速度，無段速控制則轉動控制盤上之速度旋鈕到已測定出之速度指示數字即可。
?顯示器開機，并將所有顯示字幕歸零，準備接受測試。
?啟動馬達使中聯板下降開始測試，此時開始顯示出試件拉力數值，直到試件斷裂時，荷重保持zui大值, 記錄數值后，取下斷裂試件，再依上述方法夾持試件及顯示器數值，歸零后即可再測試，若測試已完成，請關掉電源
