產品描述：

泵系單吸、多級節段式離心清水泵，適用于輸送不含固體顆粒的清水或物理、化學性質類似于清水的液體，被輸送介質溫度-20℃~80℃。

2、泵系單吸、多級節段式耐腐蝕離心泵，適用于輸送不含固體顆粒、有腐蝕性的液體，輸送介質溫度-20℃~80℃。

3、泵系單吸、多級節段式離心冷油泵，適用于輸送不含固體顆粒的、粘度小于120厘沲的油類和石油產品，被輸送介質溫度-20℃~105℃。改進的泵輸送的介質溫度可達200℃。

結構說明

1、泵殼體部份

泵殼體部分主要由軸承體、前段、中段、后段、導葉等用螺栓聯接成整體。前段吸入口和后段吐出口有水平或垂直兩種不同方向的組合（就具體泵型號而定）。

2、轉子部分

轉子部分主要由軸及安裝在軸上的葉輪、軸套、平衡盤等零件組成。軸上零件用平鍵和軸套螺母緊固使之與軸成為一體。整個轉子由兩端軸承支承在泵殼體上，轉子部分中葉輪數目是根據泵的級數而定。

3、軸承部分

 本型泵軸承有滑動軸承和滾動軸承種，按型號不同而定（其中D85-67和D155-67采用滑動軸承，其余為滾動軸承）均不承受軸向力。泵在運行中應允許轉子部件在泵殼體中軸向游動，不能采用向心球軸承。

4、泵的密封

泵的前段、中段、后段之間密封面均采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂密封。轉子部分與固定部分之間靠密封環、導葉套等密封，當密封環和導葉套的磨損程度已影響泵的工作和性能時應予以及時更換。軸封有填料或機械密封兩種形式，其密封腔內要通入一定壓力的水，起水封、水冷或水潤滑作用。在軸的軸封處裝有可更換的軸套，以保護泵軸。

5、平衡機構

平衡機構由平衡板、平衡套、平衡盤等組成。平衡機構用于平衡泵的軸向力。
